Returns
You can return your purchase to us in original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, it must be unused and in unsealed original packaging and we will issue a full refund for the price you have paid for the item.
Shipping cost are not refundable.
Any items that are returned used, not in original packaging and unsuitable for a re-sale will be refused a refund or exchange.
We cannot accept a return or any personal hygiene items where the original packaging has been opened/unsealed.
Faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is customers resposibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.
If the item is found to be faulty we will also refund the postage cost.
