The Sonic Peel device is a rechargeable microdermabrasion and iontotherapy device.

This ultrasonic skin rejuvenator is gentle to skin, non-invasive, safe, and works with all skin types. Even the most sensitive skin can benefit from its use and often without significant redness after treatment. The iontotherapy uses an electric current to introduce the ions of a cosmetics into skin tissue.

The handheld device is housed in slim, white plastic casing with a conductive metal strip on two sides, and a green square power button in the center. Above the power button are the three modes:

• N = Nourishing 
• C = Cleansing
• P = Peeling

What type of skin issues can it help?

How does it work?

First, it uses ultrasonic waves at a frequency that cannot be heard by the human ear. These sound waves can increase cellular turnover, help smooth fine lines and wrinkles, as well as tighten skin and enlarged pores. The process is safe, painless, and gentle to the skin.

Second, microcurrents stimulate tissue and muscles below the skin. Gentle electric current is known to increase blood circulation and collagen and elastin production for younger looking skin.

Directions for use

As with any cosmetic procedure, you should carefully prepare your skin for treatment with BBS Care Sonic Peel. Remove all make-up and wash your face with mild soap and water. Then moisten with your choice of water-based gel or lotion, and keep a spritzer bottle filled with pure, filtered water at hand. NEVER use the Sonic Peel in either Clean or Peel modes on dry skin. When using the Nourishing mode, it’s important to see mist.

Important safety information

Make sure the battery is fully charged before first use – usually at least two hours. Before using for the first time, test to ensure you do not have a metal allergy. You can do this by washing the inside of your arm. Turn on the fully charged Sonic Peel, select the Peel mode, and slide the blade forward for 10 seconds on damp skin.

When using for the first time, do not exceed 1 minute of treatment. You can gradually build up the time.
