"When I was a young boy, I was hit on the nose by a cricket ball. Little did I know that my nose was broken and my nasal passages were reduced in size. Since then I have found that when I exercised I couldn't get the air I required. When I tried the Breathe Aid I found a huge difference and now I can breathe easily through my nose. I would heartily recommend this product to anyone who has a similar problem."

"EXCELLANT, My husband now sleeps with me. He said i do not snore as much, but some nights i breath heavily. The only problem i have is some mornings i wake up and the nasel aid is not in my nose. I spend mornings looking for it. I do not remember removing it from my nose. I have been diagnose with AF (atrial Affibulation) and i am hoping this device will eliminate my syptoms, so far working"

About Us
The British Snoring & Sleep Apnoea Association was formed in 1991 to help snorers and their bed partners to end the nights of disturbed and lost sleep, to end the bad feelings that often develop and to help them return again to peaceful nights together.
The aims of the association are to promote public awareness that snoring and sleep apnoea are generally treatable complaints and that help is available. We offer information on causes and treatments and this can be obtained from our web site or by telephone to one of our help line advisers. We also have a close working relationship with the medical profession and provide them and their patients with our expert help and information.
How To Stop Snoring
Snoring is a condition that cannot be cured but can be controlled. Discover how you can successfully stop snoring by taking our interactive snore tests. These tests will help you establish what kind of snorer you are and recommend appropriate treatments. See our web site for further details.
If you have tried everything but not had success, you may wish to make an appointment with us at our snoring & sleep disorders clinic. Call us on 01737 245638 for further information or to book an appointment.
Sleep Apnoea
Sleep apnoea is a condition that interrupts your breathing when you are asleep. The recommended treatment is CPAP (Continuous Positive Airways Pressure). More information about the symptoms & treatment options can be found on our web site.
We offer a comprehensive suite of home sleep study services for the diagnosis of sleep apnoea. A try before you buy option is also available for those starting out with CPAP therapy.
