OE Original parts

We have to tell you that story with original parts is not easy and that is why so few shops work with original parts. Returns are hard to manufacturer, we have to provide dealer test diagram that part is in fully working condition.

You have to note that it can take 2-14 working days until we receive your purcashed part in our stock. After that we immediatelly will ship out your item.

After-Market parts.

Here everything is simple. After payment received, we will receive your part in 1-2 days after your purcashe and immediatelly will proceed with shipping to you.

Shipping

We offer two shipping methods. Private courier company such as DPD,DHL (faster,safer,more expensive) and standart post office(longer and cheaper). We ship only to adresses that you have provided on ebay checkout. If we ship your item to your old or invalid address and it returns back as unclaimed in its original condition, the item's cost refund will only be issued.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. We dont cover shipping back and shipping to you, so we will only make refund of items price. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Items must be returned in new unused condition and contain all original materials (if included). All returned items will be tested before refunds are given. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective . Returns should be packed in outer shipping carton to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. Items returned in damaged condition will not be accepted.
