Proof of postage is always kept.Tracking information will be added where applicable. Postage prices are for UK Mainland Only, this includes items with free postage. Extra charges will apply for shipping to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands.  Worldwide postage is available on most items  (not car panels )

Issues With Purchased Item?    -  If you are unhappy with an item you have bought for any reason, please contact us in the first instance via email or telephone. Opening an ebay case is a long drawn out process which is time consuming for both parties, this will take much longer to resolve an issue. An email or telephone call will result in a quicker response to resolve any problems.

Used Car Parts     -  All of our car parts are in used condition, all items are checked and tested where possible.  Anything seen to be more than average wear will be included on the listing. If you are unsure or need advice please contact us. Please expect minor marks and scratches when purchasing used car panels, any defects seen to be more than average wear will be described in the listing. Most of our car panels are for collection only. This is due to high postal costs due to the size and weight. Also most couriers will not insure for panels during shipping. We are happy to post in some circumstances, but the risk of any damage will be down to the buyer, we will do our best to package panels up to minimise any damage.

  Returns    -  All of our items are tried and tested where possible. They are also I.D stamped. Returns bought by error can be returned within 7 days of purchase as long as they are unused and in the original packaging.  Return postage will be down to the buyer in this case.
