80 x 5 Meter Blue Endless Ratchet Straps 800kg

Secure your loads with our 800kg 5M 25mm Endless Ratchet Strap available in Black or Blue (this listing is for blue but see our shop for other colours/sizes). Crafted with high tenacity polyester webbing and equipped with a short handle paddle ratchet, this strap provides a breaking force of 800kg for optimal load restraint.

Compliant with EN12195-2: 2001, the European load restraint standard, our ratchet straps are tested and labelled for assured quality.

Ratchet strap have a working load capacity of 400kg and 800kg break strength  .Our ratchet straps 25mm are made from soft polyester material, high strength, wear resistant and won't break easily, it can fix your items well and tightly.

   The ratchets handle are constructed with carbon steel with high strength and corrosion resistance performance. It is easy to fasten and release with the ratchet buckle without making knot, while fast and safe fixing of objects.

    It does not have hook hardware at the ends of the strap, our tie down ratchet straps can great for fitting through areas where hooks won't fit with ease and fasten your cargo tightly.

How to use a ratchet strap

1. Take the lashing strap and uncoil it over the load you wish to secure.
   
   
2. Use the hook to attach the ratchet strap to the chassis of your vehicle or a fixed anchor point.
   
   
3. Pull the clutch lever down and click the ratchet back and forth until you've opened up a horizontal slot.
   
   
4. Feed the slack end of the lashing strap through the centre barrel slot, then pull it through.
   
   
5. Use the ratchet mechanism to add tension until you are confident the load is secure.
   
   
6. Finally, close the ratchet, squeeze the spring-loaded trigger and lock the mechanism into place.
   
   
7. When you're ready to unfasten your ratchet strap, simply pull the trigger, lift the handle and lock it into the release gate so that the ratchet lever opens
