RETURN POLICY

Our returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) 

It is the buyers? responsibility for cost and arrangement of return. 

Returned goods will only be excepted if received back in resalable condition in the original box or packing. 

Returns after the 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking charge. Buyer is liable for return postage.

In the event of damage or shortage(s) please advise immediately in writing via the eBay messaging, with an attached photographic evidence of the damage within 48 hours after receipt of goods otherwise claim cannot be admitted.

For faulty or damaged goods, photos are required prior to a claim being authorised.

Please note due to carrier claims any goods which are received damaged will be refunded & not replaced.

Any goods sent via Royal Mail can take up to 10 working days as per Royal Mail's terms and conditions. 

Claims of ?Item?s not received? will only be considered after 10 working days of dispatch and will NOT be considered after 30 days.
