How does it work?

The Wrist Guard provides high levels of support without restricting wrist motion. This makes it ideal for most sports and any activity that causes repetitive strain. The Wrist Wrap helps alleviate pain caused by joint, muscle and tendon overuse and strain caused by repetitive movements from activities such as typing or sports.

• When attaching the hook and loop fastening at the end of each strap, please ensure the hook and loop is attached to the straps themselves, and not the material of the support

Sizing

Measure the circumference of the wrist in centimetres (see picture), and use the following as a guide to getting the correct size: 

Small - 13-15

Medium - 15-17

Large - 17-20

Our next day delivery service is a signed-for, guaranteed next working day delivery, as long as the order is place before 3pm between Mon-Fri (Excl. Bank holidays).

International orders usually take between 3-5 working days to arrive after dispatch. This can take slightly longer, so please allow upto 10 working days for this service.

Returns

We are happy to offer a 30 day money back guarantee period. This means that within 30 days of purchasing one of our products, you can return the item for a full refund, providing it is in a new and unused condition with no signs of wear. We are also happy to exchange any item which doesn't quite fit.

Q. How can I pay for my order?

A. Orders placed on ebay have payments go through PayPal, as this secure and fast.

Q. I do not have a PayPal account, can I still order online?

A. Yes, if you go through the payment process, you will see the option to 'Pay with a debit or credit card'. Just enter your payment details as usual, and your payment will be processed through PayPal without the need for a PayPal account

Delivery

Q. How long will my order take to be delivered?

A. We dispatch most orders the same day if placed before 3pm Mon-Fri. Most UK orders are therefore received within 1-3 days, althoughoccasionally can take longer. International orders can take between 3-7working days.

Q. I have not received my order yet, has it been dispatched?

A. Please allow 7 working days after dispatch before contacting us. You will receive an email from PayPal when your order has been dispatched, and should receive your order shortly after. If you still have not received your order after 7 working days, please contact us.

Q. Can I collect my order?

A. Yes, please feel free to pop into our offices if you wish to collect your order or if you simply wish to see any of our products.

Returns/Exchanges

Q. I would like to return my item for a refund. How can I do this?

A. Please send your unused item to the returns address below, and we will issue your refund as soon as possible. Actesso Medical Supports cannot cover the return postage cost unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been received. All items returned to Actesso must be in a new and unused condition, and be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

Q. What do I do if I have ordered the wrong item?

Q. Can I exchange my item for a different size?

A. Yes, we understand that ordering online can make it difficultto get the correct size, and so we are happy to exchange any item whichis returned to us within 30 days of purchase, and in a new and unused condition. Please send your item to the returns address below, includingdetails of which item you would like to exchange it for, and we will dispatch your exchange as soon as possible.
