This item is a Genuine Apple Screen Assembly (Top Half of the Notebook) meant for Apple MacBook Pro A1502 of late 2013 models  only (not for early 2013 models).

1. Please note some similar MacBook models can and may take different types of screen assembly so we would advise you to please compare your old screen assembly with the picture given in our listing before purchase. Please contact us if you're not sure.

2. Please check and compare with picture and description details against your old part prior to purchase.

3. Please note that if an exact part number is not available in stock, we will be supplying a 100% compatible part number.  4. This item requires extra precaution and professional skills to install. It is strongly advised to have it fit by qualified technicians if you’re not one of them.

5. Please make sure to check the Dead Pixel Policy under the "Returns" tab.  

6. Please follow the above instructions because no damaged items or items with signs of wear and tear will be accepted as returns.

For Repair and Replacement Services only

1. Please secure the laptop in a well-packed box in order to avoid damages in transit and send it to us with recorded delivery. 

2.  Please make sure to include the "Repair Form" when sending the Laptop/ Tab to us. It can be downloaded from "DownloadRepair Form & Shipment" icon below. 

3. We might be able to fix your Laptop/ Tab the same day we receive it depending on the repair type but please give us 2-3 working days to complete everything and you will be notified.

4. Once the repair is done, you will be notified along with the tracking details. An extra  £ 10.00+ VAT will be charged for shipping (Insurance Included).

5. We also offer walk-in's and collection for repairs and replacement services except for purchases, returns and item swap but please contact us first hand for addresses and other details.

Payment Methods

All items are inclusive of VAT and cannot be excluded. VAT invoice can be emailed upon requests.

International customers will have to pay all duties and taxes that occur. Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected by your country. We do not refund shipping costs for items rejected by your customs.

2. Cheques / Postal Orders:

We do accept cheque payments. Please make cheque payable to WIKIPARTS LTD. and also let us know the eBay item number of the Item Purchased. Please note that items are only sent out after the payments are cleared.

U.K Mainland Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Only. Please note on some listings we offer free shipping but it is applied only to address within the UK.

For EU countries We usually dispatch Parcels via Royal Mail International Signed-For / UPS / DHL based on the quantity ordered  Get Rates on our listing before making a purchase For Countries not listed please contact us for a quote. Royal Mail Overnight Shipping is available only to addresses within the UK. Simply purchase the item you want and select "Express Delivery" at the checkout.  Items will be shipped out the same day if payments are made before 3:00 PM. If you order has a P.O Box address, your item will be sent out by Royal Mail only. Once we've shipped your order, it's no longer in our possession and we can't prevent delays caused by post. 

Will combine shipping cost if multiple items are bought from our list.

NOTE: We process and ship orders Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. 

Processing Dispatch

Laptop Screens are fragile Items and are dispatched in a specially designed sturdy screen box with Foam for safety. Your item usually ships the same business day (Monday---Friday);  if payment is received/cleared before 3:00 PM GMT Time. If payment is received after 3:00 PM GMT, the item will be processed the next business day. Our warehouse is closed on the weekends, so for any auctions won and paid for on the weekend, the order will be processed and shipped first thing Monday morning

All Tracking Details are emailed to the customer to their registered email address online or updated on their order details on eBay. For any reason you do not receive a tracking no please contact us using the "Contact Seller" facility on eBay.

Returns

Simple & easy. If within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your item -  defective, or unwanted -email us for an RMA No. (ITEM NO ), and ship it back to us. Once we receive the item, we will refund, in full, the price you paid for the item (not including the initial shipping and handling charge). When we handle returns, defective items will be replaced with the same product. If the same product or compatible is not available, you can choose to wait for its arrival, or request a refund.

1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form is required for all return packages. Packages without RMA form will be refused. Please contact us for RMA details before sending items back.  2. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing after your package has been delivered for the refund to be issued to your account or replacement to be done. This does not include days that your item is in transit.

3. Customers must report to us within 14 business days for DOA or shipping damage issues. All items can be requested for credit within 14 days after the items are received. 

4. Dead Pixel Policy:   Please note that according to ISO 13406-2  and ISO 9241 Class 1 standards, 2 to 5 Dead Pixels are acceptable on a screen. LCD Screens are manufactured under these norms and they are not considered defective unless they have multiple pixel issues. So when purchasing this item, you agree to this norm.

5. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits or exchanges. Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means. Absolutely no walk-in's for returns/ item swap will be accepted at all. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. A refund may be issued if replacement is not available. 

6. According to eBay "Returning items should be in the same condition as received". 7. Transit Damages:  Please don't throw anything away i.e. the packaging material and the box as we will need to file a damage claim. Please contact us when you receive damaged items. 

Warranty

1. All our items come with 90 Days (3 Months) warranty period. 

2. Things that void a warranty and further business with us are physical abuse of the item, improper use, failure to return all the pieces/parts, any permanent alterations, and swearing/threatening customer service. If you need to file a damage claim contact us. 

Limited Liability In no event shall WikiParts or its owner, subsidiaries, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the products, bids placed on eBay, eBay's services or these terms and conditions (however arising, including negligence), including lost profits, whether or not the possibility of such damages was, or could have been, known. The liability of WikiParts and its owner, subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers, and the respective employees, to you or any third parties in any circumstance, is limited to the amount paid by you for the product purchased hereunder. Communication

We will make every effort to contact you to resolve your queries. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours please make effort to contact us. Quite Often it is email, SMS or answer machine problems that can lead to communication problems. If you're going away and have no email access, please let us know prior to doing so. With your cooperation, we can avoid communication problems.

Our aim is to provide best possible service, and we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, if any customer is not happy with any of our products or services please contact us and we will resolve the issue in a timely manner.
