DOMESTIC

We offer free economy class delivery within the UK. Most orders will arrive within 3 working days after dispatch. The delivery time is an estimate and occasionally it may take longer to deliver. If you need the item urgently, please upgrade to one of the Express services.

Delivery to European destinations costs 8.50£ and 12.95£ to other destinations worldwide.

Customers who reside in the European Union do not have to pay VAT (sales tax) and customs duty on this item, therefore the price you see in the listing is the final price you will pay. If you live outside the European Union you may be liable to pay these taxes. We stronly advise that you check with your customs how much tax will be due to avoid overpaying for the item.

Delivery times are as follows: Typically up to a week to Western Europe. Up to 2 weeks to Eastern/Northern Europe. Up to 4 weeks worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may take longer.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ORDER WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY

To cancel the order please contact us by sending a message on eBay or to applerepublic@gmx.com. We will refund the price and original postage (if there was any postage charged) after the complete order has been returned. If you reside outside the European Union, then the postage will not be refunded. Please take reasonable care of the item during the first 30 days when it is in your possession because we may reduce the refund amount if the returned item is in worse condition.

GUARANTEE INFORMATION

Although we test and describe the items to the best of our knowledge, inevitably a small fraction of them may fail later. After all nobody is perfect but that's why pencils have erasers. To be more specific, we will replace or refund your faulty item if it develops a genuine fault within 3 months from the date you received it. Just let us know about your problem and we will get back to you in 24 hours or less.

Important things to know

Guarantee does not cover any problem that is caused by an accident (a cracked screen for example), abuse, neglect, water damage, malfunctions caused by other equipment. Guarantee is void if the product is returned with alterations (removal of components for example). Guarantee does not cover data loss - please make backup copies of media. Also, consequential damages; incidental damages; and costs related to data recovery, removal, and installation are not recoverable under this guarantee. Guarantee does not cover cosmetic wear and tear.

What do you have to do?

To request the guarantee service, send us a message on eBay or to applerepublic@gmx.com. Please describe the fault in as much detail as you possibly can in order for us to help quickly resolve the issue.

What will we do?

We will either refund you in full or replace the faulty item with an item in equivalent or better cosmetic condition. We may ask that you perform some troubleshooting steps at home before returning the item to us if we believe that the issue can be fixed without returning it. We guarantee that the replaced products are covered for the greater of either the remainder of original guarantee or 30 days. We will pay to ship the replacement to you. It may take up to 2 weeks to get the replacement. We will reimburse return postage if the product fails in the first 30 days but you will be asked to return it at your expense after this period.
