At the heart of the mobile audio system is a built-in amplifier that brings the powerful 16.5 cm (6.5") woofer together with a 16.5 (6.5") passive membrane to their maximum power and thus generates 30 Watt RMS. No matter whether it's old school rap, modern dubstep or hip hop beats, a pressing bass and clear melodies are reproduced distortion-free even at high volumes. The device can be controlled either via the front panel or by means of the enclosed remote control. Even more convenient is the operation via the wireless Bluetooth function. This function allows for comfortable remote control via the Discolor DJ App on iOS or Android devices and allows not only the music reproduction but also sound adjustment using a 5-band equalizer. But this is not enough. It also has 12 different LED effect presets are available to make the musical happenings luminous. The required app can be downloaded free of charge from the AppStore or PlayStore.

In addition to the ability to connect to Bluetooth-enabled devices for wireless music playback, the boombox also offers a classic line input for connecting wired audio devices such as mobile phones or MP3 players.
