This fabulous floaty  dress style starts out with a deep scoop neckline (both front and back) that's elasticized so you can wear it 'off shoulder' when you're feeling extra romantic.

  The bodice is comfortably full and gathered, and elasticized smocking at the waist pulls the form back in to accentuate your curves.

  There is a belt which allows you to adjust the fit in the back.

  Short sleeves are softly gathered and elasticized to create a slight 'puff.'

  The multi-tiered structure of the skirt creates a fabulously festive look. As can be seen in the pictures the skirt tiers are all made of variety of patterned fabric in each and every tier. Gathered tiers fall to full length, establishing a ruffled hem and an a-line form.

Best part is it is lovely to wear all year round. Looks stunning with a pair of wedges.
