Drop a Bomb Cosmetics Bath Mallow in warm a bath and watch as it fizzes softly, melting. As it melts it releases Cocoa Butter. After use rinse petals or decorations away from bath to prevent accidental staining.

Please note that many of our bath mallows will contain natural cracks- please rest assured this is not a product fault but rather, just like a loaf of bread- the product does expand and crack during the drying process and as such cracks will be visible. As such, we will not be able to refund any bath mallow products which arrive with natural cracks.

About Us Yankee Direct is an authorised Yankee Candle retailer and is part of "The Yankee Store" chain of Yankee Candle dedicated stores located throughout the UK & Ireland. As a group we are currently one of the largest Yankee Candle retailers in UK. Payment We currently accept Paypal payments and all major credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit Maestro, and Laser). If you decide to pay by credit or debit card please call our sales line on 08456806915 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and we will be happy to take your payment over the phone.  

• Shipping

Shipping All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of being placed. During busy periods and postal strikes deliveries may however take longer, but we will always aim to have your order dispatched within 48 hours during these times. Please be aware that delivery to any country outside of the UK can take up to 14 working days.

 

 

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

 

 

If you place an order for delivery please ensure that you are available to receive your order or collect it from the post office. Should you be unable to collect your order and it is returned to us we will forward on any costs incurred from this re delivery.

 

 

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

 

 

If an item is damaged or missing from your box when you receive your order please let us know as soon as possible and no more than 5 days of receipt. Your order, posted through Royal mail deliveries should take no more than 5 working days to arrive, and as such we will allow claims to be made 12 days after the date of purchase- not before. You must keep all original packaging for possible return to us. Should the faulty items not make it back to us we will require proof of postage.

 

 

Should an item arrive broken, please be aware that we may ask for a photograph of the damaged product, or have it returned to us (any delivery costs will be paid for by Yankeedirect)

Terms Yankeedirect accepts no responsibility for any injury arising from the use of any supplied products, arising from faulty or defective goods, or for any improper or inappropriate use of any product, or from allergies or adverse reactions.

• Returns

Returns If you are not entirely delighted with your products, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you prefer, a refund provided that the products are returned to us complete and in a perfect condition (unused, and in their original packaging.) Our Delivery Charges cannot be refunded.

 

 

If you wish to return any items to us, please be aware that you (the customer) are responsible for any postage costs connected to this. If the returned items do not make it back to us we will require proof of postage before a refund can be issued. Please do not return any item to us before contacting us to inform us of any return.

MAKING RETURNS
