Osborne No. 205 Peg & Slot Webbing Stretcher
Safe - No sharp teeth, English pattern webbing stretcher. Used widely in the UK and made of American Hardrock Maple. Finely finished and of the toughest quality. Can be used with any flexible webbing.
A hand stretcher to catch the webbing close to the frame with plenty of leverage. Equally efficient for the right or left hand. Extra sturdy construction. The tool works very fast and very efficiently. The tool is first placed up against the chair seat frame. Next the end of the webbing is pulled onto the spikes and using the non slip rubber end of the tool for leverage the webbing is pulled tight over the seat before nailing or stapling in place.
