Who is this support for?

Sizing

 Simply measure around your wrist where it flexes, just below the base of the thumb. Use a tape measure, and the measurement should help you find the perfect size using the guide below.

Available in sizes Small to Large, to provide a more custom fit than one size supports:

Small - 14-16 cm

Medium - 16-18 cm

Large - 18-20 cm

How does it work?

When wearing this wrist support the removable metal splint keeps the wrist in slight extension relieving strain on the tendons and helping to reduce wrist pain whilst the material provides support for the whole wrist region for added reassurance. The angle of the aluminium splint helps to keep the carpal tunnel open, which helps to relieve the symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Q. How long will my order take to be delivered?

A. We dispatch most orders the same day if placed before 3pm Mon-Fri. Most UK orders are therefore received within 1-3 days, althoughoccasionally can take longer. International orders can take between 3-7working days.

Q. I have not received my order yet, has it been dispatched?

A. Please allow 7 working days after dispatch before contacting us. You will receive an email from PayPal when your order has been dispatched, and should receive your order shortly after. If you still have not received your order after 7 working days, please contact us.

Returns/Exchanges

Q. I would like to return my item for a refund. How can I do this?

A. Please send your unused item to the returns address below, and we will issue your refund as soon as possible. Actesso Medical Supports cannot cover the return postage cost unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been received. All items returned to Actesso must be in a new and unused condition, and be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
