Use sitting up Using the bed wedge sitting up makes for a great back rest when reading or watching television in bed. Made from firm foam, it will be sure to keep rigid when being used for extended periods of time.  Use laying down Using the bed wedge laying down can be a wonderful way of reducing acid reflux whilst you sleep. Sleeping flat on your back can often cause problems such as Acid Reflux. The bed wedge is also very popular with sufferers of fibromyalgia or CFS / ME (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). When your throat and stomach are basically on the same level, it makes it easier for stomach acids to flow up your oesophagus, causing heartburn. Sleeping with a slight elevation can help avoid those uncomfortable nights.  Use to elevate the legs  Sleeping with your legs flat on the bed can often cause pressure build up in the legs/feet and can often cause pain. Sleeping with your legs elevated can help  reduce some of that pressure in your leg veins, encouraging the blood to flow out of your legs and through the rest of your body.  Our Bed Wedges have often been used to support and aid recovery during a time in need or for added comfort when reading or sitting up in bed. All items are dispatched within 1 working day of purchase using Free Economy Delivery 2-3 days via Royal mail 48, a tracking number is always provided. We rely heavily on Royal Mail to deliver goods within their set guidelines. However, we are unable to guarantee delivery for a specific day. The only way to guarantee a delivery on a certain day is by using the next Day service. Orders need to be placed before 2.00 pm, Monday-Friday for same day dispatch, Orders placed with Next delivery over the weekend may be picked but will not be collected by the carrier until Monday for onward delivery Tuesday. If the wrong size was ordered but the item remains unopened then we will be happy to refund the amount paid less our postage costs. If you just change your mind or decide that the item is no longer what you require then you can return the unopened item to us for a refund.
