Right of withdrawal

Argenteria MB guarantees its customers the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal, as provided by law within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Procedure:

  1. Send an e-mail to address info@argenteriamb.it no late than 15 days after receipt of the goods, stating the reasons for return.
  2. The product must be returned with a traceble shipping method, intact, placed in their original packaging complete in all its parts

(box, certificates, tags, warranty, etc.) and appropriate external packaging sealed.

  1. The shipping charges for returns are borne by the custode.

Exercising the right of withdrawal, you can choose between:

*replacement of the goods

*cash refund, only with traceable methods, the refund for the price of the product excluding the costo f shipping

and will be made, within 3 days of receipt of returned goods, subject to integrity verification.

In all cases of return of goods, transport costs are borne by the custode.

Please remember that the product(s) are your responsibility until the parcel has been received by us.

You should get a certificate of posting from the Post Office, or post using a recorded service just in case

your parcel goes missing, as we can’t help you if this happens.
