Handling Time: After your payment has cleared, it will be about 1 business day later that your shipping label will be printed and queued to go out in our daily afternoon shipments. Signatures: All Freight shipments and item totals approximately $250 and over have indirect or direct signature required for package delivery. We abide by all of the seller protection policy requirements.

Returns & Exchanges: Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items should be returned in their original packaging including all of the items accessories. All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that will be given by a Commercial Bargains customer service representative. Items being returned under buyer’s remorse will be subject to restocking fee of 15% of the items purchase price.

Defective & Damaged products Replacement or refund of defective or damaged products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or, the purchase price will be refunded back to your original payment method.
