I f unfortunately you have received a damaged or faulty item we will be happy to resolve this issue. Just contact us by e-mail within 30 working days of receiving the item so we can investigate this issue and deal with it quickly. Upon receiving the item we will investigate it and if it is damaged or faulty then we can refund or exchange the item. If the item discontinued you can have a refund or exchange the item. Any costs in returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer.
If you would like to return an item that you no longer require, please make sure that the item is in the same original condition as you received it with the original packaging, and that it has not been used. Items will be inspected for faults or damages. Please return the item within 30 working days for a full refund and the buyer is responsible for the postage costs. Where we offer free postage we will minus our postage charges and refund amount.

Returns & Refunds
• If you are not satisfied with the product, a refund is allowed as long as you inform us within 7 days of product arrival.
• Send the product back in an unused condition.
• If an item is returned because it is no longer wanted a refund will be issued subject to the reduction of postage & re-stocking fee of 25%
• Please note you are responsible for return postage cost in any instance
Exchange/Replacement
• Exchange or replacement is allowed as long as you inform us within 30 days of product arrival.
• You have to send the product back in an unused condition.
• If the exchange is due to the wrong item being purchased, buyer will be liable to cover the postage and packaging fees for shipment of the new item. There may be a surcharge if replacement is more expensive then the items purchased.
Reporting Faults
• We do have quality checks before an item is sent to you, but sometimes manufacturing faults do occur, if so it has to be reported within 30 days and it shall be exchanged / replaced free of charge.
• Please make sure the fault relates to a manufacturing fault and not fault occurred due to daily usage or carelessness.
• The faulty item must be returned back to us before we can post you a replacement.
Sending Items – Process
• Please include eBay ID, full name and address details with your return along with the reason for return of item.
• Please ensure you obtain Proof of Delivery certificate from Post Office, otherwise if an item does not reach us we will not be able to offer you a refund.
