Oasis® Floral products are one of the best in the industry which is why we use them for all our products.

Oasis mossing pins are 30mm x 10mm and are ideal for floristry works.  This can include adding flowers and ribbon to Oasis foam.  These will ensure the items are keep in place for a long time.

All our items are dispatched via DPD, Royal Mail or ParcelForce the SAME day if ordered before 1pm (i.e. ordered Monday before 1pm, dispatched Monday) Full tracking is available to your door for some items.

We strive to get all items sent to you as quickly as possibly as we know some orders can be time precious.  Delivery time slots will be allocated by the courier and you will be informed of this via your mobile phone number or email address that you have provided whilst placing the order.  A time slot will be given to make it easier for you to be able to accept your order. 

Order before 1pm on any working day and we will dispatch your order the same working day and you will receive your item the following working day for FREE on MOST items (e.g. order Monday by 1pm, dispatched Monday, received Tuesday).   

Saturday delivery(order before 1pm Friday) - £20    

Here at mySilkFlowers we aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction with a 5 star service.  If you feel that things have not gone this way then please get in touch and we WILL make it right for you. 

We allow returns of our standard items within 30 days of delivery to you. 

If an item is faulty or not as described then we will accept the return and also pay for the postage costs.   If you have changed your mind (don't worry we all do!), you can send your item back but we ask that you do so using a secure and tracked delivery service.  We will refund you the cost of the item excluding the delivery cost as soon as we receive the item back in its original condition. 

When sending an item back to us, please include your full name and address and contact us prior to returning the item.
