Shipping

Orders are despatched in a time and date order, orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day.

Small orders are sent 1st class post.
Large orders are sent by FedEx.

UK delivery times are typically 1-2 working days. 
All overseas orders are sent by TNT or FedEx and are fully tracked and insured. Transit times vary from country to country but are typically 2-5 days.

Delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed.

International shopping after Brexit

Moss Europe has been providing parts to enthusiasts around the globe for decades, serving the international classic car community comes naturally to us. Our carriers provide a worldwide service ensuring that our customers have the parts they need whether in Europe, Japan, New Zealand or beyond.

Customers shopping from outside of the UK will be required to pay local taxes and customs charges upon delivery. Following Brexit, this includes EU countries. These charges are not controlled by Moss Europe Ltd., nor are the fees passed to Moss Europe Ltd.

Returns

If you change your mind about your order, all uninstalled or unused goods in their original pre‐sale condition and packaging may be returned to Moss Europe within 90 days of purchase for a refund. A copy of the original invoice or the picking label (which is generally attached to the original packaging) must accompany the return.

Return postage and packaging costs must be paid by the customer. Unless the return is due to our error, in which case you will be refunded for the return delivery cost, standard or least expensive method of delivery only. If you choose an alternative method of delivery you will be liable for any extra cost. A 'Returns & Warranty Policies' form is included in each order, complete this form or download a printable version, pack the items securely and use the delivery return label supplied.

Parts returned outside of this policy, or in a non-resalable condition with evidence of use beyond the handling, necessary to see whether the goods are as expected resulting in a loss of value, may not be accepted or may be subject to a 15% handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are made via the original payment method. Exceptions include bank transfers where a handling charge will apply before release of credit.
