Quick and Easy Check Boxes |
| Double click on a check box and a check mark will appear in the box. Right click on a check box and an "X" will appear in the box. To clear a check mark or X mark from a check box, either double click on it or right click on it and mark will be removed. |

Insert Photos |
| Double click on a photo box to bring up a "browse" window. Double click on the photo file and it will automatically be inserted, sized and aligned for you. |
| Click on a button located at the bottom of each and insert a black arrow, red arrow, or red circle on your photo to highlight defects. The entire process to insert a photo, and place all three elements (a red arrow, a black arrow, and a red circle) on it can be accomplished in a mere 10 seconds! |
