Payments

We accept PayPal via eBay checkout. Goods can only be delivered to confirmed PayPal Addresses, unless otherwise agreed. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared into our PayPal account. For some items we will allow a small discount on price, these are small margins so before making a best offer please bare this in mind.

DELIVERY

We offer a range of shipping options to the UK and Ireland and are part of the eBay Global Shipping Programme. Items are delivered free by Royal Mail to Great Britain, free to island of Ireland by Fastway courier and the Ebay Global Shipping Programme for markets outside of the UK and Ireland. Please make sure someone is available to sign for your goods as a failed delivery will either mean you will have to pick up the item yourself from the local post office or you will incur a redelivery charge, which will need to be paid before the delivery is made.

Please check the condition of all packages before accepting in good condition. This is important because the courier waiver liability once the packages have been signed for. If the driver will not let you examine the package or remove the packaging please write damaged by your signature. Please follow these instructions and contact us immediately through eBay.

RETURNS

If you need to return a part, please contact us as soon as possible through eBay messaging. If you have been supplied with a faulty item then we will cover the return postage costs and issue a refund. Replacements or refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the original invoice and return of the original part in the same condition as it was supplied with security marks still intact. Please do not send back your old part or any other substitute as we have security marked all parts. 

EcoChoice Parts do not cover any parts that show signs of being tampered with (i.e. being opened and do not cover labour costs). EcoChoice Parts will not reimburse any labour costs or charges for fitting, removal or changing of any parts supplied by the company under any circumstances. 

If a part is purchased in error, it must be returned at the buyer's expense. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply. Our parts are legal and source traceable from NIEA Authorised Treatment Facility: LN/04/02 and LN/06/32.  Please contact customer service through eBay messaging for more information on returning an item.

GREEN PARTS
