DESCRIPTION: This listing is for a spectacular, large and rare, Mexican crazy lace agate polished tower. This tower is the only one we have and the patterns on all sides are absolutely spellbinding . In addition to the wonderful patterns , there are also various small voids scattered over the faces, containing wonderful, tiny druzy quartz crystals . The price of quality, crazy lace agate has gone through the roof in recent years as new deposits are very scarce and it's a dwindling resource. Please look at the sheer size of this piece and you will see what an amazing opportunity and price this listing represents. This piece is suitable to keep as it is, as a breath taking, display piece or alternatively, it's large enough to be used as a lapidary source of blue agate slices, from which many, many cabochons and other valuable jewellery pieces may be fashioned. Large specimens of jewellery quality crazy lace agate are extremely hard to come by now, it's unlikely you will find a large specimen like this, offered for sale again. Please note, this is 100% natural crazy lace agate as opposed to the fake, banded glass which is coming out of China! All in all, this is a fabulous example of fine GENUINE Mexican crazy lace agate.
SOME EXTRA INFORMATION ABOUT CRAZY LACE AGATE: Crazy Lace Agate, also known as Mexican Agate, is a Chalcedony variety with inclusions of Iron and Aluminum. This crystal’s physical pattern is completely unique and has large swirls, banding, and orbicular formations much resembling Ocean Jasper. The colors of the stone range from a cream to beige with red, black, brown, grey, and white patterns. Its crystal formation is perfect for cutting and carving. You will commonly find this stone in the shape of squares, circles, skulls, points, and tumbled. Crazy Lace Agate is believed to have been formed between 65-90 million years ago in Earth's Cretaceous period. This crystal has only been found in northern Mexico, more specifically in the state of Chihuahua.
Meaning & Energy
Crazy Lace Agate is a stone of transformation and chakra realignment. The banding of this Agate (and all of Agate’s) is an overlooked energetic addition to this stone. Banding is a sign of free flow in nature. Life was able to form, shape, and mold exactly how it wanted to in our early ages. This is something that we often lack ourselves; the ability to shape our own life without external restrictions. The pressure from our “loved ones” as well as the common culture this world has developed, can lead one’s own priorities to come last. As you grow each day and continue this extremely toxic pattern, you will never notice that this life has fallen within the hands of every person around you except yourself. This is dangerous beyond measure, and if left unchecked can result in permanent damage to the mind, body and soul.
✔ The image shows the ACTUAL SPECIMEN you will receive unless otherwise stated.
✔ We only sell the finest minerals, crystals & fossils. Please remember this when comparing our specimens with others.
✔ Please also check the sizes of competitors' specimens. Many photograph their specimens to appear much larger than they actually are, resulting in disappointment. We usually include a 1cm cube in at least one of the photographs to give a sense of scale.
✔ All our minerals, crystals & fossils are ethically sourced and are 100% natural specimens just as they come out of the ground.
✔ We NEVER sell altered, embellished, dyed or artificially enhanced specimens, such as screaming fluorescent agates, 'day glow' dyed amethysts or 'aura' vapour coated crystals.
✔ Any questions?... just ask or message us via the eBay messaging system. We're here to help.
