Shipping

Standard Delivery 3-5 working days: FREE

Although we are generally able to get the goods out to you within a few days, please allow up to 5 days for delivery.

All orders received before 11am Monday-Friday will be despatched same day (unless otherwise stated). Orders received after these times will be sent the next working day. We only despatch complete orders.

Buyers agree to pay the listed shipping and handling fee. Items in stock will be shipped no later than the next working day after we received your payment. Please note Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays do not count as a working day for despatch or delivery.

Your orders will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

Should you not receive your item within the specified time, please contact us through eBay messaging system and we will look into this for you, however we would ask you to please allow suitable time for delivery as delays in the delivery process can occur i.e. weather conditions, holidays etc.

Please note, in all circumstances, once goods leave our premises, the service passes over to Royal Mail or other selected service so we would ask you to please understand that missed deliveries, lost parcels, damaged items etc. are beyond our control and we will do everything we can to assist you and make sure you get a replacement as soon as possible. In the event of a Royal Mail strike, we will switch our deliveries to other carriers to avoid delays to your delivery.

POSTAL ZONES

The UK is split into 3 zones for postage. We are able to offer free delivery to Zone 1 postcodes only

Zone 1: England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3

Zone 2: The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE

Zone 3: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25. Please note: we classify the Channel Islands as an International destination.

In the case where a customer rejects their order when our courier tries to deliver it we will not be liable for any courier charges that then arise in retrieving that order or having it returned back to us. In this case such charges will be deducted from any refund or charged to the customer.

If your parcel has been dispatched and you are not in to receive the item, the couriers will attempt re-delivery. If your not in on the 2nd attempt and the parcel is returned to us you will be charged up to and including £45 per delivery attempt including the original attempt to delivery your parcel, for the service we have arranged.

If the courier asks you to sign for the goods then please check their condition. If the item or packaging has been badly damaged or opened you must make a note of this with the courier when signing.

We do not offer Saturday deliveries .If the courier is not able to deliver the goods due to no one being home, or other reasons out of, then the charge will not be refunded. Orders must be placed before 11am for same day dispatch (Monday to Friday .We will notify you via email, that your parcel has been dispatched the day that it leaves.

We do not take responsibility for delays (due to weather, incorrect address or no one to sign available at delivery address once the order has left our warehouse. We will make every effort to ensure your order in delivered within the time stated. We will not provide compensation due to delayed delivery or inconvenience.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by low bridges that we have not been told of at the time of ordering. If the couriers due to this issue return an item to us we reserve the right to charge the return and resend costs to the customer of £45. An option for Next Day UK delivery is available:
All orders being delivered within Mainland UK include Free Delivery.
For the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands please ask for delivery charges as there will be a charge, and the delivery time may be longer due to the size of the package.

International Delivery

For countries and areas outside of Mainland UK we charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Any additional charges including currency conversions made by your card provider are the responsibility of yourself/recipient.

We aim to deliver all international order within 5-7 working days (subject to customs clearance). A signature will be required upon delivery. If an email address has been provided you will be notified once your order is despatched along with any tracking information. For countries outside the EU all customs charges and taxes are to be paid by the recipient. If the consignee refuses to do this and we incur costs due to this then any refund will be minus those costs.

Returns

How to Return Item

You need to notify us in writing within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods Otherwise no refund will be processed. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number. This way your return can be logged and processed promptly once it arrives back. Faulty parts must be returned using our collection service. Items returned without prior written notice via email eBay messages will not be eligible for a refund or postage costs. We reserve the right to assess a 20% restocking fee.

The Returned product MUST BE UNUSED AND SALABLE AS NEW in the original package, Please include packing slip this can go inside the package

Fitting to a vehicle will constitute a breach of duty of care and will render the item/order ineligible for a refund. Goods must be returned clean, dry and suitable for inspection. Any used item will be refused and returned at buyers cost. if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us in an un-used state in the original packaging within 28 days of purchase and we'll give you a refund or exchange.

Any damage caused by your chosen courier in returning the goods will render the item/order ineligible for a refund. The buyer will be liable for the cost of replacement or repair of any goods returned scratched, knocked, battered etc. If your returning an item you must ensure that we receive it adequately packaged (similar to the way it was delivered to you), correctly addressed with correct postage, we recommend that you insure the return of the item to protect you from items lost or damaged in transit. Proof of postage will not be considered proof of delivery

Faulty Items

In the highly unlikely event of being sent faulty please contact our customer service department for advice before returning the parcel and we will endeavor to get this resolved promptly. In the first instance please email us on eBay or message us with some photos along with a description of the issue so we can help you further. Where goods have been returned faulty within 14 days after purchase we will provide exchange or refund buyers choice.

Received the wrong Item

If you did not receive the right item we will replace it with the correct one or refund your payment fully. How ether the item must be returned to exchange or us before we can refund. For non-EU countries the buyer is liable for any custom fees.

Damaged in Transit

If any damages occurred during transit, please report us within 24 hours. If you receive a wrong item we will replace it straight away or offer a full refund.
If your item arrives obviously damaged, please either refuse the item and sign for it as damaged. Signing for your delivered goods transfers ownership; therefore, please inspect the goods before accepting them in good condition. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES FIT DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS TO YOUR VEHICLE. YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS.

If you change your mind please contact us within 14 days and we will advise you on how to send the item back .We will refund you minus the return delivery charge. Return Costs

Distance Selling Regulations

By law, under the Distance Selling Regulations designed to protect customers buying goods online you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 days from the day after delivery for a full refund including any contractually necessary delivery costs paid. In order to cancel under Distance Selling Regulations, you are obliged to write to us within 7 days either by letter or email stating your intention to do so.

How long will my return take?

Most Products returned under the Distance Selling Regulations will be processed within 7 days of receipt (If they remain factory packed) If opened they will require a full inspection. This can take up to 10 working days. All items must be fitted by a registered garage other this will invalidate your policy. Under no circumstances will We cover any postage labor costs customer charges or any other costs.

I wish to return an Item Under Warranty

The warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects including poor workmanship cover all goods purchased from us. In all instances we will carry out a warranty inspection and contact you with the outcome.

In-House Warranty

Warranty claims are assessed in house by our experienced returns team
For warrantable claims on our products for orders, which are older than 30 days, we will always attempt a repair by a warranty-approved external repair company. Or we may offer you a replacement item. Some of our manufacturers require us to return faulty items back to them for an inspection. The approximate turnaround times may be longer.

Warranty Policy

All items come with at least a 6 months warranty as standard. This means, if your product develops a mechanical fault within 6months of purchasing, we promise to repair or replace it.

The warranty does not cover the following;

Failure or damage due to misuse e.g. cutting open wrapping with Stanley knife resulting to damage

Improper fitting and installation.

Modifications or alterations to the product or use for other than the intended application will void the warranty

Poor maintenance, abuse or neglect, using the product for something other than its intended purpose.

General wear and tear

Warranty is non transferrable and applies to the original purchaser only

Proof of purchase is required with all claims

We are not liable for any labor charges for part replacement or repairs

Your warranty will be invalidated if the parts are not fitted by a registered garage/exhaust fitter.
