The story behind our Signature City Range
Our designs have often been praised by many within the biking community. Our two-wheel explorers love a garment which protects well but looks great, little did we know that it would lead to requests from people that wish to travel on two legs! We were inundated with messages for leather jackets to wear casually, jackets with the same designs but without the extra fancy stuff like armour padding etc.

So here we have it, welcome to the Signature City Range! A stylish range of garments for the pub goers, weekend revellers, casual dining connoisseurs and so much more. Our range of products are based on the principles of biker style designs, quality components and competitive prices. Bike Wear Direct aim to provide the best delivery service to our customers, and to do so as fast as possible.

Orders received before 8am will be dispatched the same day, otherwise we will dispatch the item the next working day. If you pay for 24 hour delivery service we aim to dispatch all orders same day upto 1pm, any orders after this time are dispatched the following working day.

As a general rule anything over the value of £20.00 is sent via Yodel, these usually arrive within 1-3 days from dispatch. If you have opted for express delivery this will be sent on a Yodel24 or City Link 24 hour delivery service. If you have not got your item within 7 days please check with your local depot as if may have missed the delivery, if it isn’t there you can contact us and we will be happy to track the parcel for you.

Some items may be sent by First class post, which takes around 1-2 working days, if it takes longer than expected to be delivered we are sorry for this however as it isn’t a guaranteed service there is little we can do in the event of this. On the rare occasion a parcel may go missing we will require you to fill out a form to declare you haven’t received the item for our insurance purposes then we will send a free of charge replacement.

International delivery

Most low value items under £35.00 are sent via Airmail small packets service through royal mail. The guidelines for Europe are 3 working days and for the rest of the world 5 working days, however on occasions this may take longer.

Most items over £35.00 will be sent via DHL express or DHL select services. These are signed for tracked services. You can upgrade to these services for smaller items at an additional cost.

Dear Customer,

At Bike Wear Direct we want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase, so in the unlikely event that you wish to return your item we give you a 14 day money back guarantee. Or if you choose the wrong size simply return back to us with a cover note quoting your item number, ebay id, name and full address and stating the size you wish to exchange for and the return postage costs and we will get the new item out to you asap, we do require customers to pay a contribution to return postage and packaging costs as we do not cater for this in our margins, the cost is £3.00 for items under £25.00 and £5.00 for items over £25.00, this can be included in the parcel.

It is very easy if you wish to return your goods for a refund using the 30 day money back guarantee. All we ask is that all items are returned by the customer to us in their original packaging and in the condition they were received. With a cover note quoting your order number, full name and address. Please note P&P costs are non-refundable.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange:

Unfortunatley delicate items such as helmets can not be refunded or exchanged. ALSO ANY PRODUCTS WHICH SMELL OF FOOD, SMOKING OR HAVE CLEARLY BEEN WORN AND NOT RESALE-ABLE TO OUR STANDARDS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED.

Damaged Item/s:

In the unlikely event that you find damage/s to your purchase, we must be informed within 7 days via the eBay messaging service .

We will require photo/s of any damaged item. If your item/s arrive damaged, it is at our discretion to replace only the damaged part/s or to completely exchange your item/s, this is done at our expense.

Please note all goods are inspected on arrival we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for items we feel my have be misused or damaged by the consumer and are therefore not a manfacturing error.
