Payment Policy

Payments are accepted from either PAYPAL or CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.

CREDIT/DEBIT card details should be phoned to us on 01926 614444 Quoting your ebay purchase details between 10am -  4pm Monday -  friday

Shipping Policy

2ND CLASS is not a trackable or insured service. We obtain proof of postage from the post office for ebay purposes but can not track an item once it has been posted. 

Post Office will not pursue any non delivery until 15 working days from dispatch so this service is only recommended for low value non urgent items 

1ST CLASS SIGNED FOR requires a signature and provides proof of delivery and usually takes 1-2 working days from dispatch 

FED EX is fully trackable and insured and items can be tracked on the www.fedex.com/ukservices website once the item has been dispatched. Delivery is usually 1-2 working days from dispatch for most locations within the UK.  Scottish Highlands and UK Islands will be sent via Royal Mail.

Fed Ex do not deliver or collect on weekends or Bank Holidays 

COMBINED POSTAGE is available on all items If ebay doesn't give an automatic combined postage option please let us know and we can alter the amount prior to you paying for the items.

Returns Policy

All items are covered by our 30 DAY RETURN POLICY for exchange or refund (excludes and postage costs) and exchanges will incur a return postage charge

Items must be returned in their original packaging and with all labels intact and unused

FAULTY/WARRANTY issues may have been to taken up with the suppliers prior to issuing a refund

RETURNS FORMS and contact details will be included with every order and need to be completed so we can process your return quickly
