The item must not have been removed from its postage packaging and any security seal must be intact; the returns policy is voided if the item is removed from its postal packaging or any security seal have been damaged or tampered with. Faulty Item Returns:
Due to the nature of this item we are unable to accept the return of used coils or E Cigarette Kit under any circumstances. This policy defines “used” as a coil removed from the original manufactures packaging and/or exposed to e liquids. This policy is a result of the issues surrounding health & hygiene of used vaporizer coils as well as the high possibility of user misuse from improper installation, preparation & operation of the coil. Q. Do you offer UK Next Day delivery?

Yes. UK Next Day Delivery costs extra amount which will be paid by customer. All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.

Please note that any UK Next Day Delivery orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday.

Note: it can be delivered on request before 11am on Saturday and buyer will pay the extra charges

Q. Can I change my order?

We will try our hardest to change your order, but cannot guarantee this. If it has been processed or already left the building, then we will not be able to.

Q. What forms of payments do you accept?

We ONLY accept payments through PayPal. We do not accept cheques, postal orders, cash payments or Bank Transfers. Please DO NOT sends cash in the post. All payment must be made within 7 days of purchase to avoid eBay opening an Unpaid Item Case.

Q. I have not received my item?

UK - If your parcel has a tracking number, we will give it to you in eBay email on request. So you can track your parcel from there.

If your order didn’t have a tracking number or you haven’t been able to locate the parcel, please contact us via eBay. We may ask you to wait up to 15 working days from posting before we can declare it lost.

International – if you don’t receive your parcel within the estimated delivery time, please contact us via eBay. We may ask you to wait up to 20 working days from posting before we can declare it lost.

Q. What happens if my parcel is delivered when I am not at home?

If you are not at home when your parcel is being delivered, the courier driver will either:

Leave the parcel in a secure location, leave the parcel with a neighbour or take the parcel back with them. You will be left a card advising you of what has been done.

Q. Can my parcel be delivered on a Saturday?

Some parcels may be delivered on a Saturday, but we cannot arrange or guarantee this.

TERMS OF SALE

DELIVERY

Most of our items are shipped via Royal Mail first class normal delivery and some require a signature for delivery, but not all. You will receive your items within one to two days of dispatch. Items are not dispatched on the Weekend and Bank Holidays.

If your item has been sent Recorded Delivery it will need to be signed for, if you are unable to receive your delivery, you will be left a calling card. The calling card will provide you details of how you can arrange for your parcel to be redelivered. If you don’t arrange for it to be collected within seven working days, the parcel will be returned to us. We will then require you to pay the postage to re send the parcel.

If in the unusual circumstances your parcel can’t be located by Royal Mail, they do not declare it lost till after 15 working days. Only after this time period will we are able to refund you the cost of your item.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

The customer must cover the cost of returning the parcel to us. We suggest that all parcels are sent to us using 2nd Class Recorded Delivery. Please note that it takes up to 4 working days to process a return so please bear that in mind with the time it will take to reach us. Once we process your return a refund will be issued directly into your PayPal account minus the original and returns postage charges.

INCORRECT/DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

If we have by mistake sent you an incorrect/damaged/faulty item please accept our apologies. We will do our best to get the matter resolved as soon as possible. Please send us a message within 7 working days of ordering. We will then be able to rectify our mistake. We will either replace the item, subject to stock levels or refund your money. Please return the item to us as advised on the Returns Form. Initially you will need to pay the postage to send the parcel back to us. Once we receive the item, we will reimburse you for this charge. We are sorry but that is the only way of getting the parcel to us. We don’t have any way of collecting the parcel from you or providing a returns label.
