You are bidding on a pair of Western Electric type 21A and 21B Equalizers. This is a nice pair that was removed from a piece of Western Electric equipment. They are identical in size, and have the designation engraved in the center of the terminals. I was unable to find any specifications, and I don't know how they were used. They appear to be inductors. On both, between terminals 1 and 5, and 3 and 5, I measure about 600 ohms. Between 1 and 3, I read 875 ohms on the 21-A, and 1200 ohms on the 21-B. 4 to 6, 2 to 6, and 2 to 4 show no continuity. The date codes are 1F56 and 2F56. They are in nice clean condition. They measure roughly 1 ¾ by 3 1/4 inches in cross section, and are 4 1/2 inches tall, not counting the terminals or mounting bolts. These are quality items that should be great for WE project.
