Order will be sent by Royal Mail within 24 hours after receiving cleared payment. Please note, sometimes an item can be delayed or lost by the postal system. In any such event, Royal Mail stipulates that both the sender and recipient MUST allow 15 working days before a missing item can be reported.  

If you are not happy with the tattoo sticker or just change your mind, you can return  unopened, unused in its original packaging item to us for full refund.The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs for the return.

The preferred method of payment is PayPal. Payment is due within 3 days of auction close. An unpaid item report will be filed if payment is not received by the 7th day.
