12v  5w SOLAR BATTERY SAVER / CHARGER  

This listing is for a 12V semi flexible style solar panel.

Will generally remove the need to periodically charge the battery from the mains on small and medium sized systems. We can supply larger more powerful systems if required, please contact us for advice.

Amorphous Solar panels are larger per watt than Mono or Polycrystalline, but have the advantage of not being affected as much by partial shading which make them particularly suitable for inside glass or shaded by trees etc.

NOTE: This panel will constantly trickle charge your battery while the vehicle is in storage

INCLUDES:  This panel comes complete with a 1 metre lead that has a cigar plug fitted to simply plug into a cigar socket, we can supply with a pair of crocodile clips instead. Please note: you will need to ensure that the cigar socket remains "live" with ignition switched off. Please contact us for advice or to change the plug prior to dispatch.

*  Built in blocking diode prevents overnight discharge (photo shows unfitted however we fit them for you)
