• Wash the scar area with soap and water, and then dry. 
• Use scissors to cut the end off for use.
• Using fingertips, apply only a small amount directly onto the scar area. In a circular motion, from the center of the scar outward, cover the scar evenly, overlapping by ¼ inch or so. 
• Wipe away any excess and reapply after exercise, vigorous activity or bathing. 
• Apply twice a day and use continuously for 8 to 12 weeks, or as directed.

A Buyer's lack of knowledge, technical inexperience, or inability to configure, install and/or use the items purchased.

A Buyer's attempt to use the equipment purchased in a special configuration or application.

The suspected DOA item will be tested to determine it's functionality. If the item is not working and there are no signs of physical damage, then a refund will be given.
