Squier Vintage Modified Jazz Bass '70s Natural 2016 Left Handed Electric Bass
Here for sale we have a Left Handed Squier Vintage Modified Jazz Bass '70s in Natural finish. Made in Indonesia in 2016, this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising a Soft Maple body, Maple neck and 20 fret Maple fingerboard. This guitar is fitted with Chrome hardware including 4-saddle vintage-style top loading bridge and Standard open-geared tuning machines. The pickups installed are a pair of Fender Designed Jazz Bass Single-Coils, which are wired to independent volume pots and a master tone control.
The Maple neck plays well, with the 'C' profile feeling nicely slim in the hand and providing an ergonomic playing surface. The 9.5" fingerboard radius and 1.5" nut width provide a suitably vintage-inspired playing experience whilst retaining practicality for modern techniques. The dual cutaway body design with the signature Jazz Bass offset feels nicely balanced on the shoulders whilst offering uninhibited access to the upper register. The simple control layout offers convenient control of your tone without being intrusive.
The pair of Fender Designed Jazz Bass single-coils installed in this guitar deliver fantastic fundamental bass tone right away. The pickups are voiced to provide a nicely powerful and thick low end, driving mids and plenty of top end sparkle to help you cut through the mix. The traditional Jazz Bass control layout with independent volume pots allows the player to blend the two pickups in any combination for a wide range of sounds that are ready for where the gig takes you.

Our ID: 11311233531
Weight: 9.1lbs
Serial Number: ICS16201979
Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition, light indentation not piercing is apparent to the top front edge. This does not pierce the finish. Any other markings to the headstock are difficult to discern against the natural finish.
Neck: Overall very good condition. Notable indentation is apparent to the fingerboard after the last fret. As this is not a playing surface, it does not impact the overall playability of the instrument. Minor indentation is present to the centre rear of the neck behind the 8th fret, only lightly felt in the playing position.
Body: Overall good condition. A notable chip is apparent to the treble side edge of the lower bout, revealing the wood beneath, with some of the wood missing. This is stable and should not worsen through regular use. Other light markings are only visible at certain angles under direct lighting, as is common with high gloss finishes.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any future work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod Condition: Fully functional & adjustable. No truss rod tool included (5mm hex)
