Returns Policy

Should you wish to return your item to us for any reason, please contact us first either through Ebay or on 0161 654 4936 . We will accept returns/refunds within 30 days of purchase.

If you feel that your item is defective, we will require photographic evidence in ALL cases before authorising a refund. Once we authorise a refund, we will arrange for collection through one of our carriers, please do not return the item to us yourself. In order for us to accept a return, we will require that you to print off postage labels that we send to you. Please re-pack the item with care using all original packaging. Return postage will be paid by the buyer in all cases unless there is a manufacturing fault. If you are returning the item to us for a reason other than a manufacturing fault, you are responsible for the cost and arrangement of postage.

By purchasing this item, you are agreeing to our return policy details and we will not accept any returns nor will we refund any money unless ALL of our policies are adhered to.

Shipping Information

We place our trust in a number of couriers to deliver your items in a timely manner. Any orders placed and paid for before 9am will be dispatched on the same day.

We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses. Delivery charges will apply to international addresses. Please contact us prior to purchase for prices. We do recommend Ebay’s Global Shipping for overseas orders.

If the next day shipping service is selected on a Friday order, the delivery will arrive on the following Monday. We are more than happy to receive calls regarding Saturday deliveries, but these will incur addition charges

After receiving payment, we will usually dispatch your order within same working day if paid before 09:00 GMT (excludes weekends and holidays). Any orders received after 9am will be dispatched the next business day.

We will select the most suitable courier for your order, this may depend on your location, the size & weight of the order etc.

We do offer an express service on most items which you can choose at the checkout. Next day delivery is only guaranteed on orders sent from Monday - Thursday. If you purchase next day delivery on Friday, Saturday or Sunday the item will be sent Monday to be delivered with you Guaranteed Tuesday. Please note this before purchasing the next day guaranteed option.
