Most of our items are shipped via Royal Mail. Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days. You should receive your order within 3 days from dispatch. You can also choose 1st class and 1st class recorded delivery- these would be charged extra. Please do not expect tracking number if you have not paid for this service- this will go only with recorded delivery. When your item is dispatched you will be sent an email notification. We dispatch every day Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 3.00pm are usually dispatched the same day on weekdays, orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday are sent the next working day.

We kindly ask to pay for your order straight after the order is placed. All payments should be made via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can pay by credit or debit card. To do so, when you reach the checkout, look out for the credit card symbols, then simply click the 'continue' link and you will be able to complete your purchase using your credit card or bank account. If you wish to return an item to us please do so within 14 days of receipt as long as the product is not worn/used with all tags attached.
