This pump includes our easy to use tool free Specially developed LOW-LOSS, NO-LOSS connector, and incorporates a vacuum connection point to accept a standard hand operated vacuum pump enabling removal of trapped air prior to filling and pressurising an empty system.

The VALVE CONTROLLED vacuum connection point is rated at over 40 bar working pressure and allows lever operated valve controlled isolation of a separate hand operated vacuum pump. Hand operated brass bodied vacuum pumps are available on Ebay and similar for around £15 or less.

The pump comes with a 2.5M long specialist flexible hose allowing ease of use and bench or floor support for the pump when in use. This is much more convenient than the short 1.8M semi-rigid hose and tool fitted Schrader type low-loss connectors sometimes available.

Each unit is individually tested on our custom hydrolastic/hydragas test rig to a pressure of 600 psi, and is guaranteed up to this rating.

Suitable for restoration of car ride height, both increasing and decreasing (within manufacturers tollerances please)

The supplied unit will need will need a small amount of reassembly of the major components using simple tools, as it will be partly dismantled to avoid transport damage and to protect the hydraulic system. This note is particularly applicable to overseas units where a reassembly drawing will be included, and all necessary fasteners will be included in their correct positions. All units are fully assembled and fully tested prior to despatch so very small amounts of fluid will be present within the mechanisms. Note, colour and design may vary in line with product development.
