STOCK IMAGE USED. NO FREE GIFT. Possible sellotape removal mark or sellotape on cover.Nice condition mid grade issues (FN 5.0 (5/10) or better) with NO newsagent marks or writing on covers. These have minor faults including very small tears, creases and corner/edge/spine wear. Expect age fading and some foxing. Comes comic bagged. Happy to combine postage.

These are old comics printed on low grade newspaper style paper and willhave normal age fading and possible foxing.  

Newsagent marks

These issues have NO newsagent marks.  Around 50% of newspaper style IPC comics have newsagent's writing on them, normally on the front.

In the UK, comics and newsapers were reserved (or reserved and delivered) by local newsagent shops and the newsagents wrote the customer's names are sometimes the addresses on the covers.  There were often delivered by paper boys and girls.  Writing was either in pen or pencil, and occationaly markers or felt tip pens.
